Woo hoo! We were just awarded a Neighborhood Partners Program Grant from the City which means that we partner with the City to get a whole bunch of signage, benches and granite trails put in at the food forest! We have to raise roughly $15,000 in cash and donate a whole bunch of volunteer time and in-kind donations and they will match us with roughly $65,000 in materials and construction costs. Pretty great deal.
